Use an Embed element with the HTML form, or a code component with fetch(). Framer's own form webhook can also post to Formlane.

Insert → Embed → HTML and paste the form.
Or: Form → Settings → Send to → Webhook, URL = endpoint below, and add a hidden field access_key.
Publish and send a test submission.
