Get a free Formlane endpoint

Sign in with your email, create a form and replace fl_YOUR_ACCESS_KEY with its key. The free plan includes 250 submissions per month.

Good to know

  • The HTML contains no JavaScript, no external CSS and no fonts. Style it with your site's CSS.
  • Labels are linked to their inputs (for/id), and name, email, phone and company carry autocomplete hints, so browsers can fill them in.
  • With Formlane, a checked botcheck box means the submission is treated as spam: Formlane answers with success and stores nothing.
  • With your own endpoint, the honeypot only helps if your backend discards submissions where botcheck is set.
